You can ship yours to us, or we’ll have it collected from anywhere in the world. Once here, only specially sourced parts are used to maintain the integrity of the restoration (machined to the original specification on-site by skilled engineers if necessary).

And as you’d expect, the car will be returned to you completely finished, fully valeted and with an itemised sheet of all the work done.

So they’ve been bringing their classics to us for years and securing JD Classics’ specialist inspection and report for their piece of mind.

With our professional evaluation in hand, they get all the facts they need to agree a fully informed programme of works that helps maintain their prized possessions in peak condition.

Typically, our customers will bring their vehicle to our workshop, although a collection and delivery service is available. Once here, a detailed and professional inspection is carried out covering all major points on your vehicle, including:

  • Mechanical inspection
  • Exterior body and chassis inspection
  • Interior inspection
  • All vital safety & security checks.

Any special modifications are also assessed and included in a comprehensive, written report. In plain English, the report summarises the assessment – and comes complete with JD Classics’ objective recommendations, given the classic’s pedigree and the context in which it’s enjoyed.

If any further works are immediately necessary, the owner can rest assured their vehicle is in very safe hands while waiting for an estimate before deciding on the best way forward.
